The Regulations define the rules of providing services and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, signing a registration card or paying the advance or the whole amount of the stay. By doing so, the Customer confirms that he has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
The rules apply to all persons staying in NOOK NOOK Apartments. Responsibility for these persons rests with the person signing on the registration card, referred to in this Terms of Service Client or Registered.
Regulations are available at the Reception.
TERMS OF RESERVATION
Reservation of the apartment the Customer can make: directly at the phone number +48 512365822, by
e-mail to email@example.com, at www.nooknook.pl, personally at the NOOK NOOK Apartments Reception and via portals where property offer.
Reservations made directly must be guaranteed by payment of a deposit of 50-100% of the total booking value within three days of booking. In the event of a change of reservation, non-arrival or cancellation of the reservation, the prepaid deposit is non-refundable.
Telephone booking requires a confirmation by e-mail or sms within the time limit.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, Dotpay.pl, cash, bank transfer. Settlements of transactions by payment card and e-transfer are carried out via Dotpay.pl.
The basis for checking in the apartment is showing the customer an identity card, signing a registration card and paying the entire amount of the stay.
Opening Hours Reception 8am-6pm from Monday to Friday.
The Customer, by hand signing the registration card, is obliged to rent a room at a specified date, at a specified price and pay the fee for the entire declared period at the time of the registration procedure.
NOOK NOOK Apartments reserves the right to refuse to accept a Client who: does not have a valid identity card, does not want to present a document, refuses to sign a registration card, refuses to pay a security deposit, or is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. facility regulations. In the case of refusal of the Client's registration from the aforementioned, reasons for paid money in the form of a deposit are not returned.
In the event of extension of the stay or purchase of additional services after prior agreement with the reception, the fee will be added to the customer's invoice and must be paid immediately. Each additional hour is 20 PLN.
Customers arriving outside Working Hours of Reception, are obliged to notify the Reception staff at the time of arrival in advance, by phone or e-mail.
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which can not be immediately resolved by ordinary means, NOOK NOOK Apartments reserves the right to propose to the Client a substitute object similar to the original object.
Rooms in the facility are rented for the day.
The check-in time in the apartment starts at 3pm on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 the following day.
Based on the current availability of apartments, it is possible to early check the Customer after consulting the reception object. The service is additionally paid in the amount of 20PLN per hour.
If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated in the reservation, please call +48 512365822 till 10am or at the NOOK NOOK Apartments Reception. It will be included in the availability of apartments and is additionally paid in the amount of 20PLN for each additional hour.
Prolonged stay in the apartment after 11am will be treated as an extension of the hotel day, which will result in the deposit of the guest account half day.
Shortening your pre-paid and paid stay will not result in the refund of the unused day.
RULES OF USE OF APARTMENTS
The Client is obliged to use the accommodation for his / her purpose and to keep and pass the apartment in the state of the apartment at the time of check-in.
The number of people residing in the facility can not be higher than that stated in the registration card. Violation of this policy involves the imposition of an additional fee of PLN 100 per person per night.
The hotel guest does not sea the apartment to others, even if the period for which he / she has paid has not expired. Changing the name of the reservation or hotel guest staying room must be agreed with reception or facility manager.
Please note that when using air conditioning, windows and doors must be closed. Air conditioning must be turned off whenever leaving the apartment.
After every 7 days stay cleaning of the apartment, cleaning towels and bed linen. The cost of additional cleaning and bed linen exchange is 100 PLN for each service to be fixed and paid at reception.
The apartment is non-smoking. In case of breach of this ban, the Guest will be fined PLN 500.
Organizing social events in the apartment is strictly forbidden.
The behavior of guests and guests using the facilities should not interfere with the other guests.
Unsigned guests can stay in the apartment between 07:00 and 22:00. Passing an unregistered guest in the apartment after 22:00 is equivalent to agreeing to rent for a paid apartment at full rates valid on the day of check-in.
For fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical appliances that are not part of the room. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV equipment and computer power supplies.
In the case of anomalies in the apartment, customers are asked to report concerns as soon as possible at

Malfunctions reported on weekdays will be removed without undue delay unless the nature of the fault determines the length of time it is repaired. Errors reported on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be removed on the first business day after the holiday season or at the earliest available date. Excessive monetary compensation will be charged for defects resulting from Customer's fault.
Failure due to reasons independent from NOOK NOOK Apartments (delivery of media, including the Internet, equipment failure in the apartment) do not constitute a basis for canceling the reservation or changing the price of the booked apartment - the customer is obliged to pay the entire booking fee.
NOOK NOOK Apartments reserves the right to change the reserved apartment in the event of a failure or malfunction or the inability to allocate the selected apartment for independent reasons.
NOOK NOOK Apartments It may interrupt the Customer's stay without refund of the fee paid for the booking and charge the Registered with an adequate penalty in the event of non-compliance with the Regulations. In this case, the fee for the stay will not be refunded.
Animals may stay in the apartment after prior arrangement and expressed by the facility. The additional cost is 30PLN per night.
At every exit from the apartment customers are obliged to turn off the lighting, close all windows and doors to the apartment.
NOOK NOOK Apartments It is not responsible for the things left by the customers in the apartments. Personal items left in the apartment by the departing guest will be returned at his / her expense at the address indicated by him / her. In the course of a longer stay, customers who are engaged in fixed cleaning within the pre-determined deadlines are asked to properly store and secure valuable items.
In the event of damage, staining the apartment, towels, bedding above normal or stating the condition after smoking cigarettes in the apartment after checking out customers, the property reserves the right to charge the credit card provided when making the reservation up to the full value of the repair / dearomatization costs and losses incurred .
The guest bears full financial responsibility for: loss of keys and all kinds of damage or destruction of items of equipment and technical equipment arising from his fault or his visitors.
In case of non-compliance with the rules of the facility and the need to call for protection, the guest will be charged a fee.
In the case of staying in an apartment with an animal, the keeper is obliged to maintain cleanliness during and at the time of leaving the apartment. In the whole property the animal should only move on a leash due to other guests. Leaving the animals on the grass patio is forbidden due to the impurities left by the animal.
By making a reservation at NOOK NOOK Apartments, the Client agrees to place his personal data in the database and to process personal data for registration and marketing purposes and to place the Client's data in the company's database in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997. about personal data protection. (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended). The registered user has the right to inspect his / her personal data.
