REGULATIONS OF NOOK NOOK APARTMENTS

 

NOOK NOOK Apartments

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation and paying the deposit or the entire amount due for the stay. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Customer confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
  2. The Regulations apply to all persons staying at NOOK NOOK Apartments. Responsibility for these persons rests with the person making the reservation, referred to in these Regulations as the Customer.
  3. The Regulations are available at www.nooknook.pl .

 

     TERMS OF RESERVATION

  1. The apartment can be booked by the Customer: directly - via Virtual Reception - by phone at +48504700104, by e-mail to booking@trewert.pl, on the website www.nooknook.pl, in person at the NOOK NOOK Apartments telephone reception (in locations where i.e. Kraków, ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego) and through portals where the facility's offer is available.
  2. Reservations made directly must be guaranteed by paying an advance payment of 50-100% (depending on the type of offer) of the total value of the reservation within three days from the date of booking. In the event of changes in the reservation, no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the prepaid deposit is not refundable. The reservation will not be made successfully if there are no funds on the card or the card is blocked.
  3. Telephone booking requires subsequent confirmation by e-mail, telephone or text message within the specified period.
  4. The reservation is made by an adult with full legal capacity. Minors are obliged to stay on the premises under the care of adults.

 

CHECK-IN

  1. The basis for checking in the apartment is the presentation of an identity document by the Customer and the settlement of the entire amount due for the stay.
  2. Working hours in the office are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. After 4 pm and on days off (holidays, weekends) we are on call.
  3. When making a reservation, the Customer undertakes to rent a room for a specified period, for a specified price, and thus pays the fee for the entire declared period during the check-in procedure at the latest.
  4. NOOK NOOK Apartments reserves the right to refuse to accept a Customer who: does not have a valid identity card, does not want to show the document, refuses to sign the registration card, is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, grossly violated the regulations of the facility during the previous stay. In the event of refusal to register the Customer with the above-mentioned reasons, the money paid in the form of a deposit is not returned.
  5. In the event of extending the stay or purchasing additional services after prior agreement with the reception of the facility, the fee will be added to the Customer's account and must be settled immediately. Each additional hour is PLN 50.
  6. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which cannot be immediately eliminated by ordinary means, NOOK NOOK Apartments reserves the right to offer the Customer a replacement facility, similar to the originally booked facility.

 

HOTEL NIGHT

  1. Rooms in the facility are rented for days.
  2. The day of stay in the apartment starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 the next day.
  3. Based on the current availability of the apartments, it is possible to check in the Customer earlier after consulting the Reception of the facility. The service is additionally payable in the amount of 50 pln per hour.
  4. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated in the booking should be reported by calling +48504700104 until 10:00 am or at the NOOK NOOK Apartments Reception. It will be included depending on the availability of the apartments and is additionally payable for the amount of 50 pln for each additional hour.
  5. Extending the stay in the apartment after 11:00 will be treated as an extension of the hotel day, which will result in charging the Guest's account with the amount of the hotel day.
  6. Shortening the previously declared and paid stay does not result in the refund of the unused hotel day.

 

RULES OF USE OF THE APARTMENTS

  1. The Customer is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its intended use as well as to maintain and return the apartment in the condition found at the time of check-in.
  2. The number of people staying in the facility may not be greater than the number stated in the registration card. Violation of this rule will result in an additional fee of PLN 100 per person per night.
  3. A hotel guest may not transfer the apartment to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid has not expired. Changing the name of the reservation or hotel guest staying in the room must be agreed with the reception or the facility manager. 
  4. Please note that windows and doors must be closed when using air conditioning. The air conditioning must be turned off each time you leave the apartment.
  5. After every 7 days of stay, the apartment is cleaned, bed linen and towels are replaced free of charge. The cost of additional cleaning and replacement of bed linen at the Guest's request is PLN 100 for each service, which must be agreed and paid for.
  6. There is a total ban on smoking in the apartment and on the premises (unless separate places for smoking are clearly indicated).
  7. Organizing social events in the apartment is strictly forbidden.
  8. It is forbidden to use the available premises for purposes other than residential, e.g. conducting business activity with indicating the address of the apartment.
  9. It is forbidden to conduct service activities of an erotic nature in the apartments.
  10. The behavior of guests and people using the services of the facility should not disturb the stay of other guests or residents of other premises, in particular curfew in the facility from 22:00 to 07:00. Violation of this rule results in imposing an additional one-time fee of 500 PLN.
  11. Unregistered persons may stay in the apartment from 07:00 to 22:00. The stay of an unregistered person in the Guest's apartment after 22:00 is tantamount to the consent of the tenant of the apartment for paid accommodation, according to full prices applicable on the day of check-in.
  12. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices in the apartments that are not part of the room equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV devices and computer power supplies.
  13. In the event of irregularities in the apartment, Customers are asked to report objections as soon as possible by calling +48504700104 during the working hours of the Reception Desk, which will allow employees to react and improve the standard of services provided.
  14. Defects reported on weekdays will be removed without undue delay, unless the nature of the defect determines a longer repair time. Defects reported on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be removed on the first working day after the holiday period or at the nearest available date. Adequate monetary compensation will be charged for defects caused by the Customer.
  15. Failures caused by reasons beyond the control of NOOK NOOK Apartments (supply of utilities, including the Internet, failures of equipment in the apartment) do not constitute grounds for canceling the reservation or changing the price for the
  16. NOOK NOOK Apartments reserves the right to change the booked apartment in the event of a failure or defect or the impossibility of assigning the selected apartment for reasons beyond its control.
  17. NOOK NOOK Apartments may interrupt the Customers' stay without refunding the booking fee and charge the Checked-in with an appropriate additional penalty in the event of non-compliance with the Regulations. In such a situation, the fee paid for the stay is non-refundable.
  18. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
  19. In order to secure the claims of NOOK NOOK Apartments, in particular damages, damages, destructions in the apartment or in the facility in connection with the rental, funds on the account will be blocked in the amount of 500 pln (in the form of pre-authorization of the payment penalty), which will be released within longer than 7 days from the end of the lease.

 

CHECK OUT

  1. Each time Customers leave the apartment, they are obliged to turn off the lighting, close all windows and doors to the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, turn off the iron.
  2. NOOK NOOK Apartments is not responsible for items left by Customers in the apartments. Personal belongings left in the apartment by the departing guest will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated by him. If no such instruction is received, the facility will store these items for a period of 1 month. After this time, they will be disposed of. During a longer stay, Customers who are subject to permanent cleaning at pre-determined dates are asked to properly store and secure their valuables.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. In the event of damage to the apartment or the facility in connection with the rental, the apartment, towels, bed linen being found to be above the norm or the state of smoking cigarettes in the apartment after the Customers have checked out, the facility reserves the right to charge the credit card provided when making the reservation in up to the full value of the repair/dearomatization costs and the losses incurred.
  2. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for: loss of keys and any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices, caused by his fault or by people visiting him.
  3. In the event of non-compliance with the facility's regulations and the need to call security, the cost of intervention will be charged to the guest.

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. When making a reservation at NOOK NOOK Apartments, the Customer agrees to place his personal data in the database and to process personal data for registration and marketing purposes and to place the Customer's data in the company's database in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997. about personal data protection. (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended). The registered person has the right to inspect their personal data.
  2. The binding version of the regulations is the version drawn up in Polish, the presented English version is informative and does not constitute the official, binding regulations.
  3. Important telephone numbers: Ambulance 999, Police 997, Fire Brigade 998 or emergency number 112.
