The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, signing a registration card or paying an advance payment or the entire amount for the stay. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Customer confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.

The regulations apply to all persons staying at Nook Nook Apartments. Responsibility for these persons rests with the person making the reservation, referred to in these Regulations as the Customer or the Registered One.



The apartment can be booked by the customer: directly by calling +48 504700104, by e-mail at, on the website and via portals where the offer of the facility is available.

Reservations made directly must be guaranteed by a deposit of 50-100% of the total value of the reservation within three days from the date of booking. In the event of changes in the booking, no-show or cancellation of the booking, the prepayment is not refundable.

Telephone booking requires subsequent confirmation by e-mail, telephone or SMS within the prescribed period.

Nook Nook Apartments prefers to pay by credit card (debit or credit card) or in cash. There is also a bank transfer payment method available to the indicated bank account number.

The payment is settled by an ordinary invoice [receipt] or a VAT invoice - after prior arrangement with the Customer. In the absence of information about the settlement in the form of an invoice, a receipt will be issued.

Nook Nook Apartments Kraków reserves the right, in justified cases, to request the Client to increase the amount of the credit security on his credit card or to pay the service fee in advance.

The price of the apartment includes accommodation, free WIFI throughout the property, parking (outdoor spaces). It is possible to add an extra bed after prior arrangement of this fact with the facility at the price of PLN 70 per night for an extra bed. Children up to 4 years old free of charge.



The basis for checking in at the apartment is the Customer's presentation of an identity document and payment of the entire amount for the stay.

When making a reservation, the customer undertakes to rent a room on a specified date, for a specified price, and thus pay the fee for the entire declared period, at the latest during the check-in procedure. An adult can make a reservation.

Nook Nook Apartments reserves the right to refuse to accept a customer who: does not have a valid ID card, does not want to show the document, is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, grossly violated the regulations of the facility during the previous stay. In the event of the Customer's refusal to check in with the above-mentioned reasons, the money paid in the form of a down payment is not returned.

In the event of extending the stay or purchasing additional services after prior arrangement with the property, the fee will be added to the Customer's account and must be paid immediately. The extension of the day to 2 p.m. is the equivalent of half of the paid day.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which cannot be eliminated immediately by ordinary means, Nook Nook Apartments reserves the right to offer the Customer a replacement facility, similar to the originally booked facility.



Up to 5 days before arrival, the Customer may cancel the booking free of charge when selecting the standard rate plan, cancellation in a shorter period results in the obligation to pay the entire amount for the booked period (the facility may reduce the amount of the debit at its own discretion, but only for important reasons, justified and documented by the Customer in writing ).



Shortening the stay is treated as a resignation after the deadline specified in the Regulations of cancellation of the reservation, and therefore involves the settlement of the bill for the entire declared duration of stay (the facility may reduce the amount of the charge at its own discretion, but only for important reasons, justified and documented by the Customer in writing).



Rooms in the building are rented for days.

The stay in the apartment begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 a.m. the next day.

Based on the current availability of the apartments, it is possible to check-in the customer earlier after consulting the facility. The service is additionally payable in the amount equal to half of the paid day.

The wish to extend the stay beyond the period specified in the reservation should be reported by phone at +48 504700104 by 10:00. It will be taken into account depending on the availability of the apartments and is additionally payable in the amount corresponding to the next hotel day.

Extending the stay in the apartment after 11:00 am will be treated as an extension of the hotel day, which will result in charging the Guest's account with the amount of the hotel day.

Shortening the previously declared and paid stay does not result in the return of the equivalent of the unused day.



1. The customer is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its intended use and to maintain and return the apartment in the condition found at the time of check-in.

2. The number of people living in the facility cannot exceed the number specified in the registration card. Breaking this rule is connected with the imposition of an additional fee of PLN 200 for each person per night.

3. The hotel guest may not transfer the apartment and entry codes to other people, even if the period for which he / she paid the fee has not expired. Changing the name of the reservation or hotel guest of the staying room must be agreed with the reception or the facility manager.

4. Please be advised that when using air conditioning, windows and doors must be closed. Air conditioning must be turned off each time you leave the apartment.

5. The apartment is non-smoking. In the event of breach of this prohibition, the Guest will be charged a financial penalty of PLN 500.

6. Organizing social events in the apartment is strictly prohibited.

The behavior of guests and people using the services of the facility should not disturb the stay of other guests.

7. People who are not checked in may stay in the apartment between 06:00 and 22:00. The stay of an unchecked person in the Guest's apartment after 10 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the lessee for a paid accommodation, according to the full prices valid on the check-in date.

8. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices that do not constitute room equipment in the apartments. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV devices and computer power supplies.

9. In the event of irregularities in the apartment, customers are asked to report reservations as soon as possible by calling +48 504700104, which will enable employees to react and improve the standard of services provided.

10. Defects reported on weekdays will be removed without undue delay, unless the nature of the defect determines the longer repair time. Defects reported on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be removed on the first working day after the holiday period or as soon as possible. Adequate financial compensation will be charged for defects caused by the fault of the Customer.

11. Failures caused by reasons beyond the control of Nook Nook Apartments (delivery of utilities, including the Internet, failure of equipment in the apartment) do not constitute the basis for resignation from the reservation or change of the price for the booked apartment - the customer is obliged to pay for the entire reservation.

12. Nook Nook Apartments reserves the right to change the booked apartment in the event of a breakdown or defect, or the inability to allocate the selected apartment for independent reasons.

13. Nook Nook Apartments may interrupt the Customers' stay without a refund of the booking fee and charge the Registered Guest with an adequate penalty in the event of non-compliance with the Regulations. In such a case, the payment for the stay is not refundable.

14. The curfew is valid from 22:00 to 06:00.



The customer is obliged to comply with the health and safety and fire protection rules in force in the facility, which are listed and available in the corridors, in particular:

smoking and the use of open fire is prohibited on the premises of Nook Nook Apartments Kraków.

cigarettes can be smoked outside the building in a designated area.

firefighting equipment is located on each floor and is appropriately marked.

in kitchens, fish and meat should not be fried in fat.

in the event of fire or any other necessity to leave the building, move according to the markings and follow the instructions of the operator.

rubbish should be thrown into designated containers, in accordance with their purpose and description of segregation.



The premises of Nook Nook Apartments Kraków are monitored 24/7, which includes corridors, elevators, entrances, parking and the area around each of the buildings.



Each time they leave the apartment, customers are required to turn off the lighting, close all windows and doors to the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, and turn off the iron.

Nook Nook Apartments is not responsible for items left by customers in the apartments. Personal belongings left in the apartment by the departing guest will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated by him. In the event of not receiving such an instruction, the facility will store these items for a period of 1 month. After this time, they will be disposed of. During a longer stay, customers who are subject to permanent cleaning at predetermined dates are asked to properly store and secure valuables.



In the event of damage, dirt, towels, bedding above the standard or after smoking in the apartment after checking out and theft, the property reserves the right to charge the credit card provided when making the reservation in the amount up to the full cost of repair / dearomatization and losses suffered.

The guest bears full financial responsibility for: losing the keys and any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or by people visiting him.

In the event of non-compliance with the facility regulations and the need to call security, the guest will be charged.



Any comments, complaints and complaints may be submitted directly to the service in person, by phone or e-mail, which will be considered as soon as possible, and if this is not possible, the Customer will immediately receive information about the date of its consideration, but it will not be longer than 14 days.


NOOK NOOK Apartments represented by TREWERT Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków, address: Kazimierza Wielkiego, 30-074 Kraków, NIP: 9452232274 (hereinafter referred to as: "NOOK NOOK Apartments") considers complaints submitted by customers in the manner and within the time limits specified in this Procedure, as long as connecting the Customer with NOOK NOOK Apartments the legal relationship (e.g. a contract) does not stipulate otherwise.

For the purposes of this procedure, the "Customer" is considered to be a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121) using the services provided by NOOK NOOK Apartments, submitting a Complaint.

For the purposes of this procedure, a "Complaint" is considered a Customer's statement made in writing or sent by e-mail (regardless of the name / title of the letter) addressed to NOOK NOOK Apartments, which concerns the violation of the Customer's rights arising in connection with the use of services offered by NOOK NOOK Apartments. The complaint should contain data allowing for unambiguous identification of the Customer, as well as data enabling contact with the Customer and the subject of the Complaint (detailed description of the Customer's reservations).

The Customer should file a Complaint as soon as possible after receiving information about the occurrence of circumstances giving rise to objections, in order to reliably and effectively consider the Complaint.

After receiving the Complaint, NOOK NOOK Apartments will take steps to consider the Complaint. An authorized employee has the right to contact the Customer in cases requiring the determination of the facts with the participation of the Customer or obtaining additional information necessary for the proper consideration of the Complaint.

Complaints are dealt with in writing (or in the form of an e-mail in response to such a complaint).

The response to the Complaint will include: a) factual and legal justification, unless the nature of the allegations so require it, b) information on the reported problem with the indication of relevant parts of the contract or regulations in force at the facility, unless the nature of the allegations does not require it, c) indication of the person giving the answer.

The reply to the Complaint reported by the Customer should be given as soon as possible, but not longer than 14 days from the receipt of the Complaint.

The decision to pay the client compensation or return the funds must always be approved by the Management Board of TREWERT Sp. z o.o.


By making a reservation, you accept these Regulations. By accepting the Regulations, the Customer undertakes to comply with them and respect the rules in force throughout the facility.

By making a reservation at NOOK NOOK Apartments, the Customer agrees to place his personal data in the database and the processing of personal data for registration and marketing purposes and to place the Customer's data in the company's database in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997. about personal data protection. (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended). The registered person has the right to access their personal data.
